My complaint:
I’ve blocked my card in stores and online with my bank but ladbrokes have found a loop hole so my bank does not recognize this transaction as it’s a cash withdrawal when it’s going on machines and should not be aloud as I’ve requested to be stopped why has this been aloud.
Suggested solution:
Correct the loop hole and keep people safe who have gambling problems
