My complaint:
I live next door to Ladbrokes in Kilcullen and am a regular customer. Today at 7pm (21st of Feb) i enter and 2 ladies at the desk scream across the room Do you gave ID with you? and i said no i don’t but i can get it. I live next door. They proceed to IGNORE me and laugh and block my machine. I go up to the till and ask what the problem is. They ignore me and laugh again in my face. I got annoyed and asked for my money back. Nothing. Ignored and laughed at again.
Ridiculous customer service. I was left bullied , offended at my appearance.
I offered to show my ID several times and they said no its grand.
So what happened here?
