My complaint:
I was admitted on April 12 to the emergency room room 15 N. Nurse told me we would be leaving for a CT scan. She gave me Maalox and Pepcid for my stomach and administered second time morphine in my IV. I was sitting on the side of the gurney left me unattended, I black out, that, next to you know I was on the floor with blood in my hands and my teeth .
I’ve been trying to reach out to risk management to see what’s going to happen this happen on their property I know that the hospitals have med pay. I came in with teeth, and I left without left numerous messages and nobody has given me a courteous call back.
