My complaint:
No respons from support, one of their Telegram sites have scammad me and I have reported to support that totally ignore my reminders. Have even withdrawn some of my cryptos.Tried for three weeks to verify and get a KYC. Can’t open any of my two accounts.
All this is reported to support and sent three reminders without reply. I have also told support that they requested my passwords as they had to merge my accounts with Coinbase or Binance to be able to become verified and I was asked to pay 5.000 euros to my Binance account or 1.000 to Coinbase. They have all my passwords as they requested when I said no they said that they were official KuCoin administrators and I did not have to worry, I was in safe hands.
Suggested solution:
First of all they should close that Telegram site. Then give me back what they have stolen from me, give me immediately a KYC after 12 verifications, not approved. See to it that I immediately can sell the cryptos I have in KuCoin, tried to sell since September 2023!!!
