My complaint:
Stopped for donuts and used my Buy One, Get one dozen free card for the first time ever, and the cashier tore multiple squares off for one free dozen. This voided all squares ripped off and all cashier said to me was “whoops. Sorry”. Also bought two milks and both were spoiled!
Suggested solution:
The manager could have given a new card with the square taken off correctly.
