My complaint:

Honestly, we feel that you should get us some money back for this nightmare hotel stay. Once we booked through Priceline , we were trapped. We paid in good faith feeling that we would have a decent place to stay ( we were not expecting the Hilton ) but never expecting what we got had to put up with. Our first time booking a room through you in our 58 years of traveling have we ever encountered a motelhotel needing so much improvement. This place is used primarily to house migrant workers- It was filthy RUINED our vacation. We were having to spend too much of our time daily with complaints, asking to have something done. Managers were only there for the first few days we stayed. The first evening of our arrival, we found a Blood – facies stained mattress. We stayed up all night until it was replaced the next day. The next day the Shower leaked all over the bathroom-floor, it was too slippery to use we had to wait until it was mopped up, they would not fix it for the 9 days we were there. No housekeeping came to service our room at all one day. Came back late to find no towels, garbage still there a wet floor. Amenities were not usable to use as they were broken. We asked to have the manager (Scott ) call us so we could request some rebate credit on our room stay as we were unable to change to another motel, Still we have gotten no call as I left our home phone number with Monica ( main desk clerk ), There were other problems as well. We do have lots of pictures that we could send you, in case you are interested in helping us. PAID TOO MUCH TO HAVE GONE THROUGH THIS HOPING PRICELINE OR THE MOTEL WOULD CARE ENOUGH TO DO SOMETHING FOR US.
