My complaint:

Was charged$50 for a blanket that the business says I took from room. Only stayed a night, hotel was dirty and showed signs of bug and water damage. ALL HOTELS PROPERTIES WERE LEFT AT HOTEL!!! WHO WOULD STEAL AN OLD USED HOTEL BLANKET???

Suggested solution:

I want my deposit returned asap, as I did not take any hotel belongings. I would also like staff and housekeeping to stop the theft of there own property or they learn better inventory procedures.
