My complaint:
I purchased goods from Brand Alley and used Klarna. I paid in full in mid April but they kept asking for payment and adding late payment fees. Twice at their request I sent bank statements and also lodged a formal complaint. They subsequently admitted they did not bother to investigate. I told them. I was about to go into hospital and the money must have been misallocated. They still said they had no record. All of this took several hours. Eventually and several threats later they found the payment I told them many times had been made. No offer of compensation made
Suggested solution:
They should offer financial compensation and full refund of all fees
