My complaint:
My son Roman had a party at kidabulous on Monday 15th may 2023 at 4pm. One of his party friends hurt her finger where it swelled up and bruised, she was taken to a/e by her mother where X-rays showed it was broken,she is now awaiting orthopaedics to see if it needs surgery. At the time we asked to fill in an accident report with the receptionist, so it is all documented.
It appears that the large enclosed red slide that goes from the top to the bottom of the play area has some kind of internal bolt or screw that has no protective covering the child who broke her finger caught it on this bolt on the way down which bent her finger right back thus snapping it. Please can someone check inside of this slide to determine where the defect is and close the slide so another child does not get hurt. I’m very disappointed in the centre as this is wholly unacceptable
