My complaint:
I took my child and my niece today to have fun before going back to school I paid £32.90 on to have 30 mins play as I child came off the pain soft play with a noise blood blood dripping everywhere. Staff didn’t deal with it until parents were shouting are you going to deal with it. One member of stuff was asked my a member of public are you going to clean that blood from the floor all she said was I’ve just come down from upstairs and walked over it . When then eventually started to clean it up they didn’t shut the soft play down just letting kids round all round it and the member of stuff didn’t even put gloves on just wiped it up with a blue paper towel and spray {NO GLOVES WORN) my child would not go back on there as they sore the blood so waste of my money due to poor negligence of stuff who to my opinion have not been trained
