My complaint:
my name is amber Reeves I am putting in the complaint because my daughter is back at work again today for 16hrs. SHE IS A Teen mother that decided to work hard in life to get where she wants to be . sadly she saved then searched for months for car she liked and it was a 2011 Kia Optima . the motor was already replaced when she bought it so she fig it was good to go . less than one yr later the motor has self destructed due to the crank shaft bolt . THEY want 550 towing then i75 for their time to look at it . saddest part no rental or loaner car so no ride to work . I would hope kia is going to make this right come on look at the complaints tell me its n to Kias fault and my daughter caused the motor in her only car to be ruined. Sorry but no and if it has to be taken to court that its exactly what were gonna do .

Suggested solution:
they know how to resolve the complaint fix the broken car they sold my daughter and do it asap that's it not asking for the world here . also want expenses paid that were encoured and a loaner car till hers is available to drive to work.People work hard for their money this is not right. I am very sorry kia has to go back and fix their mistakes but my daughter didn't get this car handed to her or anythingelse in life for that matter so fix it please.I don't have photo at this moment but would be happy to get u documents from mechanic.
