My complaint:
I returned a full order to khaadi which was worth £94 and they had audacity to refund me after 4 weeks of chasing up and still with a partial refund. They are saying one item is stained which I didn’t even try it on as it was an online order. They sent pic of if as it so stupid it seems like white mark that could have happened in their warehouse God knows. They are saying they will be keeping the item too and won’t refund either. Total fraud.
Suggested solution:
They should refund me fully they owe me £24
