My complaint:
I ordered and item from Khaadi UAE and had it shipped to my Aramex Post Code as I was out of country. They supposedly delivered the item but Aramex office did not have any records of such a delivery.
When I requested Khaadi to provide me with the signed delivery note they simply sent me a picture of a pile of packages, basically my item was supposed to be in one of them, taken at the Aramex office.
I tried to have the matter resolved with the Khaadi Customer Service, but to be honest they simply did not care about customer satisfaction or doing the job correctly.
Suggested solution:
Either provide me with a signed delivery note, or refund me the item or resend the item that I had ordered.
