My complaint:
I was on the car phone with my friend, who asked a simple question about a coupon, and Derek, the employee, went off!!! I was very nervous and scared for my friend. I overheard him calling my friend a bitch and stating that he already explained this shit to her and he was tired of the stupid ass customers asking about the coupon. He walked away from the window and I could still hear him being belligerent in the background. He was so irate, another male employee came out the restaurant to try to speak to my friend to diffuse the situation. Derek claimed to be a GM, (I truly hope not), and he even called the police.
Suggested solution:
If Derek is truly a GM, he should be terminated immediately. What a terrible representation for KFC and he should be embarassed to have put on such a performance. He did not even apologize for the long wait at the drive thru. Also, when my friend was trying to place her order, he rudely, kept cutting her off. I am encouraging my friend to go to the local media, especially after she explained that he threw something in her face. As a disabled veteran, WE will continue to pursue this until it is favorbly resolved. UNACCEPTABLE DISPLAY OF PROFESSIONALISM. Derek's behavior was appalling, disrespectful, and borderline assault.
