My complaint:
Tried to order online the KFC crunch burger special and had to phone customer service. They advised that KZN is affected by the floods and online specials are unavailable. I think this should have been mentioned in the website so that I did not have to promise my kids that they were going to eat the KFC Crunch Burgers

Makeup to my 5 kids that i had promised crunch burgers
