My complaint:
I called at KFC in Queensferry 11.10am this morning. The door was locked but there was workers inside, so i knocked on the door to try and find out why it was shut because the sign on the door said open at 11.00am. All the staff did was shrug their shoulders and laugh, no one came to the door to explain why it was not open.
Suggested solution:
Either open when the sign says or at least a courtesy explanation.
