My complaint:

Charged for a reg box meal with beans water, and Reg meal with water (we have this every week) not told they have no bottle water at the time of ordering, they then bring me 2 cups of water, told them that it was proper bottle water I paid for, they said they have none, I asked if they could swap the water for a extra piece of chicken, they said could not do that. I voiced my complaint, but it made no difference. As a regular I feel well let down.

Suggested solution:

Tell the customer they have no water in the first instance. Give me a voucher or something to say sorry. Sort there web site out, as I tryed to complain on there but it does not work.
