Complaint: No Customer Service!

My complaint:

At approximately 1425hours on 120220 I attempted to go through the drive through of KFC. There were no other cars in line and the parking lot was relatively empty so there was no mass rush inside of the restaurant. The male subject taking orders through the drive through was incredibly rude, condescending, and and utterly unprofessional. His attitude was beyond unacceptable and turned me off from completing my order entirely. I left the business without completing my order and do not intend on returning.

Suggested solution:

Corporate need to make an example of this employee and terminate them immediately. Otherwise they will continue to do business poorly and I can pretty much promise I will not go back to this location again unless something is done about it.
