My complaint:
I have ordered 9pc bucket together today 10th Apr 2023 at kFC Denai Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor Malaysia but didn’t received the spicy bbq sauce. I also order sprite 1.5l bottle, which not put in my pack earlier. After I ask them only the staff replace with fanta strawberry bottle. The chicken drumsticks is small than usual. Hmmm…. is it the value of my money????
Suggested solution:
Replace the missing item, should tell earlier if the sprite is not available and change with other drink. The staff only provide when I ask the drinks and get ask by staff is it drinks included in the package. Size chicken should same value with my money.
