KFC complaint: Rude Manager

My complaint:

Manager was so rude I stood in lobby 7 minutes while he was in back on his phone before taking my order. I saw original was ready but I wanted Crispy he said it would be 15 minutes before its ready I said fine so I went outside about 13 minutes later pointed for me to come in I went in got my food and once i left Dominick locked door behind me and that was around 6:40 pm .

Got home to feed my family and my chicken was original tried calling back, but no one answers phone so I had to drive about 15 minutes back to store with my food to let them know i didnt get what i paid for I had to wait another 15 minutes in my car since doors was locked.

Manager brought my chicken and I asked where was my sides he said I only brought the chicken back I told him I brought everything he gave me back he caught an attitude and so did I. I told him I will be reporting him an he said he didn’t care do what you want . I paid my money for my food and he treated me terribly . He didn’t apologize or offer anything for his mistake

Suggested solution:

Someone could apologize and offer me a free meal for my waste of time and gas
