My complaint:
The order transaction was cancelled on 21st April 2023 and after three weeks, the refund still not receive and the worst thing, one of the staff when enquired claimed that the refund had been transferred into the customer’s bank account. We made enquiry with the restaurant manager later who informed us now that the staff is new and did not know the procedure. Now she informed us that we have to wait another one month to get refund.
Suggested solution:
They should transparent about the mistake as we know mistake happens
