My complaint:
Actually on 21-Oct-21 I just ordered KFC food in Jubail city branch and unluckily there was a fake website was also working and it was reflecting the same what is the KFC website so I ordered for KFC and they deducted my 2875 SAR and then I informed to KFC Saudi Sales department that someone is using your website so they didn’t respond and unfortunately this fake website was working after my compliant.
KFC is a global brand and they should take action on such type of cyber crimes.
Suggested solution:
Please return back my money as it is KFC responsibility to avoid such type of fake websites as people are using on behalf of KFC.
