My complaint:
Had a hot wing meal which the chicken was very nasty and hard. I tried calling store approximately 8 times no one answered. Went back the next day and complained and was told by the Manager to get the F. Out. She cussed at me several times and I told her that I was a 30 year Navy veteran who had retired as a Master Chief Petty Officer, plus I was a business owner of 2 Boost Mobile Phone Stores. She said once again to get the F. Out and that she was calling the police. I told her to call them as I had done nothing to get that type of response from her. I sat there for approx 45 minutes and no police came. I ask her for her name and the name of the franchise owner. She said to find the info on the internet. I left the store.
Suggested solution:
I think that one of two things should happen. The manager should be trained to not cuss at customers and if the training does no good then she should be fired. I personally would not tolerate any if my employees would to act like she did I would terminate their employment.
