My complaint:
To Whom it may concern:
I have been a KFC customer for 67 years. I want to bring to your attention the decline of your product’s quality combined with the absurd increase in pricing. This past Saturday evening I stopped in to order two fried chicken sandwiches two mashed potatoes and gravy. Total price $16.63. Not two long ago I used to purchase a barrel of chicken, I believe 8 pieces for Ten dollars.
My complaint is that the quality of the sandwiches was extremely poor. The chicken was totally dry, not juicy. The edges of the patty were so hard as to be not edible. In other words a dried out piece of terrible chicken. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time for this to happen.
At this point of time I have to say that my local grocery store deli serves better chicken than you do at a much better price.
I am not asking you for anything, I am just letting you know that your franchises have reached a point of not offering quality food or service. I have given up on what once was a favorite place to dine but no longer.
The bottom line is that you have become over priced and offer inferior product. Its sad to see an American institution go down the drain as KFC has.
