My complaint:
5-22-2022 i arrived at kfc and ordered two 2 pc k1s at 541 finally at 650 finally got my food . after 30 minutes of waiting wanted a refund they told myself and several others they would not refund our money so it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get my food.
Suggested solution:
hire a manager who knows how to run a restaurant , not let employees walk around on their cell phone one hand and trying to work with the other
