My complaint:
Thursday, October 26th, I purchased an 8 piece meal at 4:13 pm and i went to serve the meal the chicken was salty, greasey and looked like day old chicken refried in dark oil. I called and Noone answered so I kept calling and finally a female answered. I told her what was wrong with the chicken like it was from yesterday and refried with bad oil. The cashier Jay took the order, but another young male fixed it and then handed it to me. The female told me she just got there for work and apologized that I received chicken that a worker paced and gave to me. The lady told me if I could bring tha meal back so it could be replaced or get my money back which was $32.83. I told the lady that I couldn’t come back because it was to far. I will save the chicken and potatoes which had a funny taste like it was soon to spoil. The k273007 3 238 3875 on receipt.
Suggested solution:
Have older employees not school kids to be a cashier and to handle money. Also it would be appreciated if a voucher for an 8 piece meal could be emailed or sent to me. Also don't serve salty, greasey dark brown chicken and potatoes that taste sour.
