My complaint:
I took my Kenworth truck W900 to Kenworth truck centre in Cambridge, Ontario for safety and they told us couple of things need to installed, me and husband agreed. We drop truck and they took a week just give us estimate and other week to fix it. My husband lost his load and time. Then just for small things, bulb, heat etc they give us estimate for 10k, we told them to proceed. A week later they send us email of final bill of 15k and in which they make up thinks that was never installed. Just clean corrosion from battery they charge us 500$, it will only 10min to clean it, many other stuff that, they charge us heat but still not fixed. Not answering my email or voice messages.
Suggested solution:
Need my money back for things that never completed on truck but we ever charge and them to fix my truck
