My complaint:
I made an order with just eat but it never arrived. I had to make another order. Used app to submit a refund request, but was told that I wasn’t allowed a refund.
That’s almost £30 they have taken from me and I got nothing in return.
I just want my money back, or the food I ordered would be nice
