My complaint:
Had a love 2 shop voucher an put 50 pound to just eat ordered family meal with it, was then cancelled and took the full 50pound even though it came to 42.
Now trying to say they can’t give me it back as signed in as a guest which I no I didn’t as never have . And emailed me to say food cancelled but refund on its way.
Suggested solution:
Give me my credit back I did not receive what I ordered
