My complaint:
I ordered of kfc and the driver gave me the wrong order he gave me someone else’s order and just eat are saying they can’t give me a refund because my picture evidence doesn’t support my claim I sent them a picture of the receipt which has someone else’s name on it and a completely different order and I also screenshotted my order from the app , I don’t understand why I have to lose out on anything when I haven’t done anything wrong , it’s the drivers fault why should I suffer for his mistake , my kids couldn’t eat what we received as there was dairy products and my kids can’t eat Dairy so we had to throw the whole order out , I really don’t think I’ll be using just eat again as I am so angry and feel let down by the way they handled this, my order number was 1977719970 and the name on it would be Chloe M , the picture I have attached is the receipt of the order I had received and as you can see it’s a completely different order and name, the least just eat could do if give me a refund because my kids couldn’t even eat what they received sure to there being dairy products
