My complaint:
Placed my order with mcdonalds easterhouse. When the order arrived the 9 mcnuggets we ordered where missing and although we ordered plain burgers no buns no sauce it arrived with mustard on them. The driver said he waited 20 minutes after food was ready to receive drinks.and asked for a new order for which the store came up very short. It is also impossible to request a refund when the company uses just eat drivers but way too easy if the company use thier own!!!
Suggested solution:
We would like a full refund and also for it to be maid easier on all just eat restaurants to get a refund for food you didn't get or served in a way that was not ordered
