My complaint:
I have ordered on 2/3 separate occasions £30/£40 orders and my order has not been delivered but shows as delivered when I email just way they tell me I’m not entitled to my money back as I have put in claims before! I don’t see why this should matter if I pay for something and I don’t receive it I’m going to want my money back ! This is a total joke this is dinners and stuff I’m relying on coming and not to mention my last money at times and then I don’t even gets refund when I’m not refund the order I think it’s not right as I’m probably not the only person this is happening to I don’t have money to be chucking it away waiting on orders to come and they don’t come and then I’m left with no dinner ect it’s shocking

Get my money back
Find out if it’s possibly the same driver who is doing this
