My complaint:
in about July of this year, 2020, i wound up winning $1100 from a deposit bonus..the terms and conditions were met and i attempted to withdraw my winnings.. my withdrawal wound up sitting in pending status for weeks, twice getting reversed by the casino.. i attempted to contact them, twice by email,3 times by chat, with no response at all.. i finally emailed Hein (supposed to be the VIP manager), who returned a response.. that my withdrawal would be processed and he handed me over to an assistant, I believe it was Jennifer or Jessica, who also told me my withdrawal would be processed.. at this point i had submitted my documents and they had been approved..i wound up going back and forth with Hein and his asistant for another month or so, where i was again assured my withdrawal would be processed..Finally my account showed it had been processed.. that was over 2 months ago and i still have not seen it.. and i can get no response from the casino at all regarding the issue.. i’m very frustrated and i feel that they are hoping i will give up and go away, but i won it fair and square and have a right to it.. if they had a problem trying to wire transfer my money i would expect to hear from them but I have gotten nothing..
Suggested solution:
process my withdrawal by check if need be, but send me my payout..
