My complaint:
Hi! This email is to give your organization an awareness that your employees, especially Jenny Rose Leonida, are not well educated and ethical when it comes to handling their part timers. Kindly look into this matter because it will definitely ruin your management. Your employees are not knowledgable about your company’s handbook. Your team should reinforce time to time refreshers to your OICs so they know how and what information they will provide to the members of that said location.
Are part timers really required to provide or present medical certification for one day sick leave? If YES, kindly show them the handbook that will prove that policy. We are not against it, if it’s written on your policy but if not, as mentioned above, YOUR TEAM LEADERS SHOULD HAVE ONE DAY CALIBRATION OF WHAT YOUR ORGANIZATION’S POLICY ARE.
