My complaint:
We ordered 2 order of C5 and 1 order of chicken nuggets, and on a separate receipt we order C1 and a mix and match for our friend, we told the cashier we want a thigh part for the chicken, she told us that if we could wait 17 mins for the new set of chicken, and the only available part is rib and wings, we agreed, we waited, but they first served is the C1 and mix and match, with a thigh part chicken, so we got confused, she said there’s no thigh part, but how come they served thigh part to our friend and not us? She told us she doesn’t know how she served the order, and told us to wait for another 17 minutes because the next batch of the chicken we’re waiting is for take out orders, we told her that we’re going to take out our order instead of dine in, but the chicken they served us is dry, and hard, they said its newly cooked, but it’s not.
