In 3 packages so far of my recently purched carton of John Players Rich regular i aqurier from the chevron close to my home
Have tobaccoo stems thick tobacco stems rolled with the tobaccoo leaves, when i lit my cigarette at first it was ok then a very large stem split the cherry from tge cigarette and burned me.
The cigarette after i lit it and took a drag produce an enormous cherry from the stem and fell off burning my finger. 3 packages from this carton have had stems from the tobaccoo plant.
I am only filing this for your product line to check the product number 38452G 14CA from carton BC-CB 3840 26
For stems. Befor someone get hurt.
I believe one of the sensors that prevent this from happening may need ajusting.
Suggested solution:
Check your system before some one eles gets burnned
