My complaint:
I have been smoking volume tobacco since it first came on market. I am really disappointed that you have replaced it with easy rolling tobacco. It is not a nice tobacco it smells terrible it is too moist and is absolutely disgusting. Volume tobacco was the best you have ever brought to the market. I know a lot of people that used it and they are of the same opinion.
What possessed you to change it to that easy rolling crap when so many people were happy with it. Listen to your customers please
