My complaint:
I have recently changed to Horizon blue 50gm tobacco. I have found a sizeable amount of “unsmokeable “material in the last few pkts I have bought.
Often these are long wide flat pieces of tobacco that resembles bark more than tobacco , but the last 2 pkts have contained thick clumps of solid tobacco.
Is up to 5gms of unsmokeable content per 50gms an acceptable Quality standard for this product?
Suggested solution:
If this is not the standard quality then replacement would be appreciated. If this is standard quality honesty would be also appreciated.
