John Player Cigarettes complaint: 2 packs not wrapped in plastic from a cartoon

My complaint:

I purchased a cartoon of jhon player rich king-size
2 of the packs did not have plastic wrap on them but 2 packs had extra plastic wrap on them so the ones with out plastic so dry it was not smokable

Suggested solution:

Replace the cartoon
