My complaint:
Been a loyal JP smoker for over 30 years the last month of trying the new JP brand of cigarettes are horrible from the headaches and after taste is terrible. They burn so fast like they are old and dried out..The individual smokes themselves are chunky and have tobacco falling out and some are crushed also the filter have little tears right at the edge where the tobacco starts one package of 20 only had 18 cigarettes in the pack..WTH has happened!!!
Suggested solution:
You need to provide some answers AND discounts to your consumers
