My complaint:
Bought a 20pack for jps player Green fusion and only noticed as I broke one in my pocket so I took it apart to put Into A rizla as not to waste when I found a metal strip in side the bottom part of the cigarette I’ve took photos and saved the box it came in I’d love to know if this metal is poisonous and why and how it got in to a cigarette I’m wanting to take this further but don’t know how
Suggested solution:
If the metal strip is found to be harmful I'd like to take legal action and to be compensated I do not trust this company and have switched to a more expensive brand
