My complaint:
Good Day. The last 6 packages of Players Original cigarettes that I have purchased seem to be of low quality. The tobacco is not tight and they all fall apart when I flick the ashes off the end. They also burn too quickly. Also there is no name brand on the cigarettes themselves, they look like a generic brand you can buy anywhere. The old players used to be tightly rolled. The current ones you can squish with you fingers. Thanks for your consideration in this matter.
Suggested solution:
I would suggest that more tobacco be placed in the cigarettes so that they burn more slowly and that they have a more solid packaging.
