My complaint:
The cigarettes are dangerous the head completely falls off lit without any warning just burns whatever it touches I’ve been burned by these cigarettes and so has my furniture!! It’s as if there isn’t any tobacco at the top of the filter before it even gets to the line of the cigarette name. I’ve smoked other cigarettes from players they don’t do it.
Suggested solution:
Well clearly they need to assess what they’ve missed out of the cigarette at the filter plus put a warning to say be careful as these cigarettes are not safe to use! Accidents happen but not with every cigarette I want compensated for the cost of my furniture as clearly they don’t specify this warning shame on them. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have killed people who just try to flick ash and it falls out lit.
