John Player Cigarettes complaint: Jps players

My complaint:

I brought 200 jps players real red super kings from Asda in chelmsley Wood Birmingham. The filters wasnt put on properly so they couldn’t be smoked this happened on over half of the cigarettes I brought.

Suggested solution:

I would like a full refund
