My complaint:
Purchased JPS Real Red Super kings. There was a total of 10 cigarettes damaged. The filters were either broken or not fitted properly.
Suggested solution:
Compensate for damaged cigarettes. They were purchased as a carton so don't know if any of the remaining packs are damaged.
