John Player Cigarettes complaint: Jps 30g tobacco

My complaint:

Hi there ive been buying and smoking JPS Goldleaf for many years now and i have recently noticed within the last few months no matter where i purchase it that the tobacco seems to have changed.
I am finding that the tobacco is dryer than it used to be and just falls apart into bits most of the pouch is pretty much dust which is hard to smoke as it burns down alot quicker and hard to roll with as it just falls out the end of the rizzla.
I really would hate to change tobacco as i enjoy the taste of gold leaf.

Suggested solution:

I fink it should be resolved by quality checking it more before selling and sending it out,also i would love to know why it has changed so much,i would also be happy to receive replacement pouches for the unsmokerable pouches i have bought and had to bin..
