My complaint:
Pulled a smoke out of my pack and found 6 out of the pack had these small little holes in them. They were barely even smokeable and definitely not enjoyable being breathing mostly air each drag. I only have a photo of just one of the smokes though since I didn’t know that you could write a complaint . My friend just asked why I hadn’t complained.
Suggested solution:
Quality check more frequently and have employees inspect smokes better before being shipped out
