My complaint:
I have been smoking JP Blue cigarettes for years
I have been a very loyal customer
I opened a pack and took out a cigarette and it was half empty
I am complaining now because its not the first time it has happened
I over looked it the other times but it’s getting ridiculous now
I’m paying full price and they’re expensive enough that I should be entitled to get full cigarettes not half one out of a full 34 box
