My complaint:

Over the last week or so , ive noticed that when i get near (12 inch or so) the end of smoking one of your J.P.S Players Bright Superkings , when i flick the ash off into the ashtray , whats left of the cigarette, just drops off ? Ive burnt two holes in my livingroom carpet because the lit ends are just falling off !! Now ive realised that when i pull a cigarette out of the box , only the filter is coming out (i have two examples in a box) but the actual cigarette is still in the box ? I smoke about 40 a day and have done for many years , and never known this to happen ? Its as if theres no glue or whatever you use, to attach the filter on to the cigarettes ? This has happened quite a few times recently.

Suggested solution:

Well i cant smoke the cigarettes ive been paying for and would willingly forward the two samples i have kept . I will leave compensation to you , although its worth noting i smoke about 14 packs a week , which ive temporarliy changed to another brand . As you may know .....my body is taking a ''hit'' !! . I live in the countryside so im about 2 12 miles from the nearest supermarket.
