My complaint:
My cigarettes fall apart even tho its a new deck the cigarette comes out the filter likes its not been glued this has happend twice were the cigarette has fallen apart it had costed me 9.95 for each box which totals up to £19.90 the cigarettes are not smokable which i tried to put the cigarette together but its does not happen i want to know why this has happend
